二、交替式高周波机器特点
1、高周波叠式自动熔断机，PLC触摸屏控制，方便设置参数，操作便捷；
2、上下自动交替工作，一人操作两个工作台省时便捷；
3、高周波熔接带熔断功能，本机利用组合带刀模具或合金钢刀，在高周波熔接程序完成后通过增压在模具刀位直接裁断材料，省去了熔接后在用裁断机裁断的错位废品，提高生产效益以及省人工成本。
4、本机配有5557 高周波火花保护系统，高灵敏火花保护电路，可自动切断高周波，抑制火花；保护模具和加工物料；
5、生产效率高：本机采用上下双滑台结构（2工位），当上工位进入熔接加工时，下工位可同时进行放料、校位等工作，如此交替地进行，实现设备的连续作业。

3. High-frequency welding with fusing function. This machine uses a combined knife die or alloy steel knife to directly cut the material at the die knife position through pressurization after the completion of the high-frequency welding procedure, thus eliminating the dislocation waste products cut by the cutting machine after welding, improving production efficiency and saving labor cost.
4. This machine is equipped with 5557 high-frequency spark protection system and high-sensitivity spark protection circuit, which can automatically cut off high-frequency waves and suppress sparks; protect molds and processing materials;
5. High production efficiency: This machine adopts upper and lower double sliding table structure (2 stations). When the upper station enters welding processing, the lower station can simultaneously carry out feeding, position calibration and other work, so as to alternately realize continuous operation of the equipment.
